Its funny how life goes sometimes. I went to school with Scott 30yrs ago, Bobbi was my manager 20 yrs ago and now their entire family is helping me in my business. All 10 hands of their family has helped us out in one way or another!![]()

Braden and Sophia are the kids any manager would dream of and that's an employee you don't have to tell them what to do. Young Brody has helped Sunday mornings and helped with the landscaping. Like I said in my Sandbar post I truly love working with young people and the job Scott and Bobbi has done with their kids is exactly what you want to see in this world. They're beautiful, respectful and mature for their age. Im am beyond grateful to have the Lahaie family working for us❤️

I decided to start an employee of the month program. Although I could have easily picked anyone in the front of the house because theyre all Rockstars but that would have been to easy. As many headaches and sleepless nights this industry gives me the one thing I love is guiding our young people to bigger and better things! To me our younger generation needs guidance, understanding, compassion and someone to believe in them! This is also why I coach three sports because showing someone you care and have their back is invaluable! Im a Godly man and I know if you can make a change in one person's life you have done your job. Creating a culture is not easy but when you have young people like these two gentlemen it definitely makes it a little easier! Im very honored to have Ishmael Cantu and Zay Boafo working for me and they have my support the rest of their lives! We are in the highest turnover industry in the world so letting your people know that you have their backs whether its here or elsewhere is priceless. Im so thankful to not have these young men as employees but as apart of my family because that lasts a lifetime! Ive told them both I just want to give them a hug because I see so much potential in the men they are and I know for a FACT they will both go far in life all we have to do as a society is support them! I will continue to run a employee of the month program the rest of the year and I get geeked just thinking about showing my team my appreciation! Thank you again Zay and Ish the Sandbar loves you ❤️
